Lux Visual Storytellers is a photography/videography agency that specializes in capturing weddings in spectacular fashion.

A mobile-friendly web application was built using Glide, giving freelancers a structured overview of their upcoming events, access to key documents, and a simple way to confirm completed uploads.
Freelancers received their schedules 30 days earlier, had easy access to all necessary information, and could confirm uploads seamlessly, reducing unnecessary back-and-forth communication.
Lux struggled with efficiently informing photographers and videographers about their upcoming assignments. Without a centralized system, freelancers had to rely on messages and calls to get updates, leading to delays and confusion. Additionally, there was no easy way for them to access necessary documents such as guidelines and location maps or confirm when their uploads were completed. Lux needed a solution that would provide a clear, accessible, and user-friendly platform to streamline assignment management.
To solve this, a web application was developed using Glide, allowing freelancers to access their schedules in a structured and organized way. The app displayed their upcoming events, provided a centralized place for documents such as tutorials and location maps, and included a confirmation system for uploads. This ensured that freelancers always had the information they needed without having to reach out manually. The app was designed to be intuitive, mobile-friendly, and accessible from any device, making it easy for Lux’s ever-changing team to use without additional training. After launching the first version in two months, feedback was gathered from freelancers to refine and improve the system, resulting in two further iterations.
With Lux-Login, freelancers received their assignments 30 days earlier, giving them more time to prepare. They could easily access key documents without searching through emails or messaging planners. The upload confirmation feature eliminated unnecessary follow-ups, making the entire process smoother and more efficient. By centralizing scheduling and essential resources, Lux improved communication, reduced confusion, and gave freelancers a seamless way to manage their assignments.
